These can either be gotten around or do not hinder posting but have been there so long I suspect they're just forgotten.
1. Smileys are not displayed anymore. Clicking Show All nets us a popup with a Site Error message in it.
2. Still work, but are faded and hard to see, plus the overlap looks bad.
3. This error message can be clicked away and attachments used normally, but it probably shouldn't be there.
4. White border on the icons, is all.
I also get an error when trying to use Quick Edit instead of Full Edit, claiming I don't have permission.
